Welcome your experience begins long before you arrive at the treatment room.
From the moment you book, my aim is to ensure you feel supported, cared for and confident that you're in safe hands.
Here's everything you need to know before your appointment.
Step 1: Finding the Right Treatment or Service for You
Take a look through the treatments and services available and choose the one that feels right for you.
You might be looking for:

✨ Menopause support to help you better understand what's happening and feel more like yourself again

Step 2: Book Your Appointment
Once you've found the treatment or service you would like, simply click the booking button and choose a date and time that works for you.
You'll receive an email confirmation straight away, so you'll know everything is booked and secured.
Step 3: Tell Me a Little About You
Once you have booked your appointment, I'll ask you to complete a consultation form before we meet you will receive this via email. Please check your junk box incase it's landed in their.
This gives me the opportunity to understand your concerns, goals and what you'd like support with, allowing me to tailor your appointment specifically to you.
Step 4: Time for You
If you're visiting me in person, you'll be welcomed into my calm, private treatment room, designed to help you switch off from the outside world and focus on yourself for a while.
When you arrive, you'll find me on the first floor. Simply take a seat outside the treatment room if I'm still with a client and I'll be with you as soon as possible.
From the moment you arrive, you can relax knowing you're in safe hands. I'll guide you through everything and take care of the details, so all you need to do is enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself.
If we're meeting online for a skin consultation or menopause wellbeing session, you'll receive your Zoom link before your session. Find a quiet, comfortable space, make yourself a drink, and we'll take it from there
Step 5: Your Personalised Support
No two people are the same, which is why every appointment is tailored to you.
Together we'll explore your concerns, create a plan where needed and discuss simple, realistic steps to help you move forward feeling supported, informed and empowered.
