I’m a wife, a mum of two beautiful children, a certified menopause support coach, and the founder of my successful skin and wellbeing business. At 35, I began navigating my own perimenopause journey — an experience that ignited my mission to empower busy women through perimenopause and menopause. I support women with the knowledge, tools, and treatments they need to achieve healthy, radiant skin while simplifying routines and prioritising their overall wellbeing.

I believe in looking at us as a whole — taking a 360° holistic approach to skin and wellbeing that nurtures both body and mind.

With over 20 years of experience as a fully qualified, insured, and licensed skin and wellbeing therapist, alongside a Level 5 teaching diploma, I specialise in:

I am also a Reiki Master and have developed my own unique treatments that combine reiki, massage, and advanced skincare. This blend allows me to create deeply restorative experiences that go beyond the skin — supporting balance, calm, and radiance from within.

In my salon, we use high-end derma-cosmeceutical brands including Nimue Skin Technology and ESK Skincare (an evidence-based range). We are also proud stockists of Albus and Flora, Evy Technology, Spongellé, and Louisa B Apothecary.

Based in the heart of Ramsbottom, just 16 miles north of Manchester, I offer a spa-like sanctuary where every detail is designed for your relaxation — from a heated bed cocooned in fluffy blankets to the scent of lemongrass and incense, gentle candlelight, soothing music, and even a heated eye mask. Every appointment begins with a full consultation, ensuring that your treatment is completely bespoke to you.
