I created The Radiance Method because I know firsthand how overwhelming menopause can be — the uncertainty, the changes, and the feeling like no one really gets it. I wanted to build a space where women can find clarity, confidence, and real, practical support to help them thrive, not just survive.

This 6-week programme is designed to help you make sense of what’s happening in your body, manage symptoms with confidence, and discover practical ways to enhance your wellbeing.
