Over the past 20 years as a skin and wellbeing therapist, I’ve seen so many women walk into my treatment room feeling unheard, misunderstood, and unsure of what’s happening to them. They knew something was changing, but they didn’t always have the language, the knowledge, or the support to make sense of it.

That’s why I created this space. A session designed not just to give you answers, but to help you reconnect with yourself. To tune in to your body, understand what’s happening, and build a toolkit of practical, holistic strategies that actually work for you.

I’m Emily, a Menopause Mentor, skin and wellbeing expert, and someone navigating my own perimenopause journey. I bring together my professional knowledge and lived experience to meet you exactly where you are—with empathy, understanding, and a 360° holistic approach.

Before your first session
You’ll complete a short welcoming form so I can understand where you’re at—your current experiences, priorities, and what you’d most like support with. This means we can use our time together in the most valuable way for you.

Together, we’ll explore how balanced different areas of your life feel right now—such as energy, sleep, skin, mindset, self-care, and relationships.

You’ll leave with clarity and a personalised plan based on your goals—whether that’s better sleep, managing changes, building healthier habits, or creating more space for yourself.
